The Chase of Death ...

Whoa! The life of Factory worker in the 19th century was no joke. Life must have been like hell for these textile factory workers. With the lyrics beginninng off with "fingers weary and worn, with eye-lids heavy and red ..." created this image of worn out women; that were no older than 25 years old looking as if they were in their late 40's early 50's; ready to catch death in it's tracks. Honestly they seemed just miserable out of their minds! It get's very emotional to talk about this type of stuff, because it's sad to see how much people take technology advancements for granted. When people - ancestors - had to go through these horrible conditions for us to have a better lifestyle.
